  • We’re a small team with a huge amount of experience in both strategy and innovation combined with delivering products to market as designers and design managers.

    Our hybrid backgrounds mean our brains are wired to combine creativity and rigour… we’ve walked the walk! We know it works.

    Creativity is not just for execution. It’s how we approach a challenge, set up a workshop, analyse a supply chain, see opportunities on a journey, create a framework or structure a narrative. It’s embedded in everything we do, from start to finish.

    Rigour is not just a check point. It’s used to make smart decisions from day 1. It’s how we know ideas are great. It’s how to reduce risk.

    Looking back, progress was the underlying objective of every brief. It always will be, to move from one state to another. Progress is essential for growth and relevance but also for sustainable development and is constantly redefined. We’re focussed on progressing teams from where they are to where they need to be.

    Over the last 22 years, he has developed a very versatile skill set that enables him to move teams from insight complexity, to opportunity spaces, to physical & digital experiences and product launches.

    Ed has experience of applying his skills across many channels, touchpoints and sectors; from HealthTech, FinTech, Automotive & Mobility to a wealth of experience in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods. It’s that variety that not only fuels him but also his ability to join the dots.

  • Ann-Marie’s hybrid background combines account management with design strategy and creative agency operations. Ann-Marie has the unique ability to cut through noise, to pragmatically balance the needs of a team with project demands whilst pressure testing their output. Projects run smoothly, thinking is rigorous and creative is always focussed on the strategic objective.

    Her experience includes global, complex corporate identity, brand innovation and design management for clients such as P&G, Boehringer Ingelheim, Nokia and Bacardi.

    Ann-Marie and Ed met as colleagues 20 years ago, working in similar roles at a small agency together. They’ve missed it. Now, having taken a career break to focus on their two children, Ann-Marie is back working alongside Ed… although those close to them know she never really stopped enhancing Ed's work during that time!
